Jinzhao Yuan Refrigeration successfully exported a complete cold storage equipment package to Ghana, West Africa, supporting the local client’s development of commercial cold chain facilities for food preservation and distribution.
Project Background
Ghana is one of West Africa’s most economically dynamic nations, with a rapidly growing food processing, fisheries, and retail sector. The Ghanaian client — a food distribution and retail chain operator — required reliable, high-performance cold storage equipment compatible with Ghana’s tropical climate (ambient temperature up to 40°C+) and local power supply characteristics (230V/50Hz, with frequent outages).
Equipment Package Supplied
- Refrigeration Condensing Units: Multiple semi-hermetic and hermetic units for different temperature applications
- Evaporator Coils: Anti-corrosion treated industrial fan coil units (suitable for high-humidity tropical environment)
- PU Insulation Panels: 100mm (chiller, +0°C to +10°C) and 150mm (freezer, -18°C to -22°C)
- Cold Room Doors: Insulated swing and sliding doors
- Refrigerant: R404A / R134a (as per application)
- Condenser Fans: High-static-pressure axial fans optimized for high ambient temperature operation
