Project Overview
Tianjin Jinzhao Yuan Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd. successfully designed, manufactured, and installed a 1,200㎡ controlled atmosphere (CA) preservation warehouse for a leading agricultural enterprise in Bangladesh. This overseas installation project demonstrates our end-to-end cold chain capabilities across international borders.
Project Background
Bangladesh has a fast-growing agricultural export sector, particularly for fruits and vegetables. The client required a state-of-the-art controlled atmosphere storage solution to extend the shelf life of fresh produce, reduce post-harvest losses, and meet strict export quality standards for European and Middle Eastern markets.

- Refrigeration System: High-efficiency semi-hermetic compressor units with eco-friendly R404A/R449A refrigerant (zero ODP)
- Insulation: 150mm high-density polyurethane (PU) panels, ensuring minimal thermal loss
- Doors: Automatic sliding insulated doors with triple-layer sealing for airtight CA environment
- Control System: Intelligent PLC control with remote monitoring, real-time gas composition analysis, temperature/humidity logging, and fault alarm functions
Implementation
Our engineering team completed on-site installation, commissioning, and staff training in Bangladesh. The project adhered strictly to local building codes and international food safety standards. All equipment was pre-fabricated and pre-tested at our Tianjin production base before shipment, significantly reducing on-site construction time.
